Terms, conditions and responsabilities

PRICES
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without previous notice. Prices are based in one person in a double room, unless otherwise specified.

ITINERARY

All of our itineraries are planned with care, although for operational reasons, MUNAYKI PERU TOUR OPERATOR would modify the sequence of the itinerary. In all cases, for example strikes, delayed flights or illness, we will try to offer the passenger with all the excursions stated in the original program. The original itinerary should be treated as a basic guideline.

AIRPLANE TICKETS

Flights schedule, itineraries and flight numbers are subject to change by the airline companies up until the day of your flight without previous notification.
Lost tickets are not refundable and they are also subject to limitations by the airlines themselves, penalties and/or specific conditions regarding to agreed price.

INDIVIDUAL PASSENGERS (Between 1 and 9 passengers)

Cancellations and Refunds

If a notification of cancellation is received until and including the 31 days before date of arrival or beginning of the service, the full deposit made for the trip is refund after discounting administrative costs.

If a notification of cancellation is received in 30 – 16 days before the day of arrival or beginning of the service, the refund is subject to penalty of the 20% of the total cost.

If a notification of cancellation is received in 15 – 8 days before the day of arrival, the refund is subject to a penalty of the 50% of the total cost.

MUNAYKI PERU TOUR OPERATOR will not refund any service in the following cases:

  • If the notification of cancellation is received 7 days before the arrival.
  • If the passengers cancel total or partially the services once the trip begins.
  • No show by the passenger

Please take note that all the cancellations have to be send in an e-mail.

GROUPS (More than 10 passengers)

If the cancellation mail is received until and including 47 days before the estimated date of arrival or beginning of the services, the full deposit made for the trip is refund after discounting administrative costs.

If the cancellation mail received 46-31 days before the estimated date of arrival, the refund is subject to a penalty of the 40% of the total cost.

If the cancellation mail is received 30-16 days before the estimated date of arrival, the refund is subject to penalty of the 60% of the total cost.

MUNAYKI PERU TOUR OPERATOR will not refund any service in the following cases:

  • If the cancellation mail is received 14 days before the arrival or the beginning of the services.
  • If the passengers cancel total or partially the services once the trip have begin.
  • No show by passenger.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Some services may be interrupted or cancelled due to weather conditions, strikes, earthquakes or political situations, natural disasters or others.  MUNAYKI PERU TOUR OPERATOR will not refund anything as a result of those situations beyond our control.

Our company reserves the right to change our cancellation polices, if our suppliers apply further penalties apart from those stated above.

Inca Trail excursion will apply its own cancellation and refund policies, which will be informed at the time of reservation.

Aqua luxury cruises, also has a special policy to arrange their services, which will be gently informed at the time of arrangement.

Please take note that is a mandatory the presentation of you passport and the migration stamped card at the front desk of the hotels, in order to avoid 19% sales taxes. In other case you will have to pay the tax directly to the hotel.

Passengers will be considered apt for the exoneration of the tax when their stay in the country does not exceed 60 days.

We recommend to all our passengers to have an Injury secure in case of any accident.


PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

We would like to inform you that MUNAYKI PERU TOUR OPERATOR , according to the peruvian law N° 29733 for the Personal data protection policy, in compliance with the provisions of article 10 of Decree 1377 of 2013, all personal data provided by you will be stored in our database under a secure environment and will not be available to the general public, all with the purpose of be able to attend to your requests, respond to your requires or send the information associated with your contracted services and/or keep you informed of information that we consider may be of interest to you.

Likewise, to access our services, you muss previously provide us certain personal data, which will only be used for the purpose for which they were collected. The type of possible information that is requested includes: Names, surnames, email address (e-mail), date of birth, sex, country and city of origin and other information that we believe is convenient to offer you the best service you deserve. We will not share or reveal this information, except when you authorize it or in the following cases:

  • When it is required by a competent authority.
  • When we considered, that it is necessary to enforce the conditions of use and other terms of this page or to safeguard the integrity of other users or the site.
