J’ai trouvé l’organisation avant et pendant le séjour tout simplement excellente. Le fait d’être dans un petit groupe de 5 personnes a aussi participé grandement au succès. Je pense qu’il ne faut pas dépasser 8 personnes dans ce genre d’aventure. Cela permet au guide d’être proche, de parler et d’être attentif à tout le monde. Le choix de l’équipe cuisinier/porteurs était aussi une réussite !

Certainement un des plus beaux souvenirs de tous mes voyages.

Had the time of my life in Peru because of the professionalism and coordination of this great tour group, Munayki Peru and my favorite tour operator Karina Tello. The responses/communication was quick and efficient, usually within a few hours. The company's primary strength lies in the personal touch that Karina provides. She is an extremely caring and fun organizer who is really passionate about what she does. It was great knowing that she would be there for us if had any issues at all during out trip to Peru.

We had a very smooth trip and enjoyed every moment in Peru and Munayki was a big reason for that. I have no complaints.

The customer service would be a 9 out of 10. We didn't really have a need to be as well taken care of as we were, and that really goes to show how they go above and beyond for their customers.

The trip to Puno and Lake Titicaca was very nice. The travel assistants who picked me up at the hotel
and guided me all the way until I was on the bus were very helpful. All I really "needed" was a ride to
the bus station but it was nice and quicker to have someone with me who knew exactly where to go.
